Antes de fundar a Singular em fevereiro de 2003, Armando Sereno foi Diretor da área de banco de investimento do CSFB no Brasil por aproximadamente 5 anos. De 1994 até 1998, ele atuou como diretor sênior do Banco de Investimentos Garantia focado em fusões e aquisições, emissão de ações e dívida e transações estruturadas. Antes de juntar-se ao Garantia, ele foi diretor de Desenvolvimento de Negócios do Grupo Arbi, coordenando suas transações de Fusões & Aquisições no segmento de seguros assim como atuando na administração das empresas adquiridas. De 1989 até 1991, ele foi consultor da Accenture (Andersen Consulting) no setor de instituições financeiras. Armando graduou-se em Engenharia de Telecomunicações pelo Instituto Militar de Engenharia e pós graduou-se pela Universidade de Nova York..
Antes de juntar-se à Singular em abril de 2005, Gregor trabalhou por 2 anos no Banco Modal. Atuou como Analista na área de Investment Banking, tendo como principais atribuições operações de fusões e aquisições, mercado de capitais e operações estruturadas. Também atuou como Analista de Crédito na mesma instituição. Anteriormente, trabalhou na área de análise de mercado na MCM Consultores Associados. Gregor graduou-se em Economia pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Mercados de Capitais (IBMEC).
Before joining Singular in April 2005, Gregor worked at Banco Modal for 2 years. He acted as an Analyst in the Investment Banking team, responsible for M&A, capital raising and structured deals. He also worked in the Corporate Finance Group. Prior to Banco Modal, he worked in the macroeconomics analysis group at MCM Consultores Associados. Gregor holds a BA degree in Economics from Instituto Brasileiro de Mercados de Capitais (IBMEC).
Before founding Singular in February 2003, Armando Sereno served as a Director in CSFB’s investment banking office in Brazil for almost 5 years. From 1994 until 1998, he acted as a senior investment banking officer at Banco de Investimentos Garantia focusing on M&A, equity and debt underwriting and structured transactions. Before joining Garantia, he was the Business Development Director of Arbi Group, coordinating its M&A transactions in the insurance industry as well as the management of the acquired companies. From 1989 to 1991, he served as a consultant at Accenture (Andersen Consulting) in the financial institutions group. He has a BSc degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the Military Institute of Engineering and a post-graduate degree from New York University.
Prior to joining Singular in 2023, Leonardo served as an Investment Banking Analyst at Xherpa Investment Banking. Previously, he worked as an M&A Analyst at Dikaios and integrated the Structured Finance team at a55. Leonardo holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Insper, as well as a specialization in International Management from EU Business School.

Luciano holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais (PUC-MG), with a degree in Finance from IÉSEG School of Management.

André graduou-se em Administração de Empresas pela FGV - EAESP, com especialização em International Management pela EU Business School.
