Before founding Singular in February 2003, Armando Sereno served as a Director in CSFB’s investment banking office in Brazil for almost 5 years. From 1994 until 1998, he acted as a senior investment banking officer at Banco de Investimentos Garantia focusing on M&A, equity and debt underwriting and structured transactions. Before joining Garantia, he was the Business Development Director of Arbi Group, coordinating its M&A transactions in the insurance industry as well as the management of the acquired companies. From 1989 to 1991, he served as a consultant at Accenture (Andersen Consulting) in the financial institutions group.

He has a BSc degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the Military Institute of Engineering and a post-graduate degree from New York University.

Before joining Singular in April 2005, Gregor worked at Banco Modal for 2 years. He acted as an Analyst in the Investment Banking team, responsible for M&A, capital raising and structured deals. He also worked in the Corporate Finance Group. Prior to Banco Modal, he worked in the macroeconomics analysis group at MCM Consultores Associados.

Gregor holds a BA degree in Economics from Instituto Brasileiro de Mercados de Capitais (IBMEC).

Prior to joining Singular in 2022, Luciano served as an M&A Analyst at Wiz Soluções. Previously, he worked in the Accounting team at Alcoa Inc. Luciano holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais (PUC-MG), with a degree in Finance from IÉSEG School of Management.

Previously, he worked as an M&A Analyst at Dikaios and integrated the Structured Finance team at a55. Previously, he worked with Asset Management and Project Finance at Delta Energia Asset Management.
